Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We take all product photos without excessive filter or retouching. The physical product matches the picture perfectly in every detail, you can buy with confidence.

How can I return an item?

1. Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Clearance items are for final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Returns and Exchanges Process

Please contact our customer service team at [naturesloving22@gmail.com] and provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

We will reply with a Return Authorization Code (RMA) and relevant instructions.

Please ship the item back to our warehouse address (provided in the email).

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent (due to our fault), return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Please send us the tracking number after shipment.

After receiving and inspecting the item:

Refund: Refunds will be returned to your original payment account within 3-7 business days.

Exchanges: We will send a new item free of charge (if you need to exchange the size/color, the customer will need to bear the price difference, if applicable).

3. Quality Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide photos/videos.

We will cover the return shipping costs and replace the item or provide a full refund.

We ship worldwide. You can place your order and have it shipped to most countries and regions globally. Simply fill in your valid shipping address at checkout.
